**Junior CRM Data Cleanup Specialist**
- We’re looking for a **Junior CRM Data Cleanup Specialist** to support our team in verifying, cleaning, and organizing contact data in our CRM system. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone detail-oriented who is comfortable working with spreadsheets and has a keen eye for data accuracy. **Main Responsibilities**: - Review and remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect contact information
- Standardize data formatting to ensure consistency
- Identify and update incomplete records
- Merge duplicate entries to maintain a clean and organized database
- Create new contacts and accounts in the CRM
- Clean and verify lead lists by checking against online sources
- Report recurring data issues and suggest basic improvements to the process.



**What We’re Looking For**: - Basic experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a **plus**, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Ability to search and verify contact information online
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and management
- Organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office **Languages**: - **English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)** required
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
