Our services are aimed at a wide variety of clients including Institutional Property Investors (Real Estate Funds, Property Companies and Corporate Organizations), Private Individuals, Freeholders and Owner-occupiers, Property Developers & Promoters, Banks and Insurance Companies, Public Institutions, including Institutions and Companies for whom Real Estate is not a core business. **Property types**: Land plots; Development projects (under-planning or ongoing);Existing Buildings and/or building portions.
Sectors: Offices; Industrial & Logistics; High Street Retail & Retail Parks, Shopping Centres; Residential; Specialised Properties (e.g. Harbours and Marinas). **Competences & Key Responsibilities**
Joining the Value and Risk Advisory team as a Valuer would mean being responsible for producing and delivering valuation client reports, assuring unrivalled client service and quality.
You may have either an economic or a technical educational background. RICS certification would be a plus




You should ideally come from consulting /corporate companies preferably with an international/European focus as well as local, and have 2/3 years experience in real estate valuation and related activities.
You are familiar with a wide range of real estate types (locations, uses, investment grades)
You have excellent financial analysis skills (capable to work on DCF models), report writing skills and a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You are fluent in Italian and in English both written and oral
You are a team player, you have a proactive approach, you are precise, detail-oriented and well organized; you are comfortable working under the pressure of tight deadlines. LI-FT1 **Location**:
