- Proper operation of the ERP system with proper access for each individual user is of great importance to Torri. Incorrectly handled processes or unavailability of the system bring business operations to a standstill. **Core tasks** Policy
- Drafting, managing and implementing ERP system policies (in particular authorisation);
- Advise on improvement opportunities of the ERP system;
ERP Application (SAP)
- Responsible for S4 Hana transition project
- Adjust system settings according to defined business processes (customisation);
- Performing problem analysis;
- Perform support for queries, incidents and problems;
- Conducting and organising tests for bug fixes and new releases of the system software;
- Ensuring data integrity and consistency. Training and knowledge transfer
- Train and inform key-users about updates;
Other
- Participate in incidental work outside the job;
