- Conduct **hands-on instrument demonstrations** for AA, ICP, and MAS systems at the **CKC demo laboratory in Milan** and occasionally at customer sites.
- Support **Sales Representatives** during customer visits, offering deep technical expertise throughout the **sales and evaluation process**.
- Contribute to the **definition of technical specifications** in commercial offers, ensuring the proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
- Contribute to **customer-facing events**, including **webinars, seminars, workshops**, and product presentations.
- Develop **Application Notes** and relevant technical materials related to inorganic analysis workflows.
- Deliver **post-sales training** and **technical support** to customers (including customers' site),



ensuring correct and efficient use of instruments and methods. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Chemistry**, **Analytical Chemistry**, or a related scientific discipline.
- Hands-on experience with **AA**, **ICP-OES/MS**, and/or **microwave digestion systems** is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage with customers.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- ** English** language (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel across Italy and sometimes in Europe
- Current Driving licence
