Milan Creative TEAMLEAD **Teamlead Still Life (f/m/d)**:
To support our Still Life team we are searching for a Teamlead Still Life (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office. **WHAT YOU WILL DO**: - Lead and oversee the Still Life team and production cycle across all categories, including Womenswear and Menswear.
- Plan and manage the workload for the entire Still Life team, including stylists and freelancers, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Drive team development by organizing and overseeing all training initiatives.
- Set clear goals and targets, ensuring smooth production workflows and adherence to deadlines.
- Take responsibility for the creative direction and quality of all Still Life imagery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Still Life requests across departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. **WHO YOU ARE**: - Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in working in a production studio / creative agency / luxury e-commerce.
- Previous experience in managing a team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced studio or fashion production environment.
