- Provide operational support to the Product Support team
- Establish and maintain quality standards
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Help customers use specific features and resolve their issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and insights
- Identify best practices to establish consistency and efficiency at scale **Salary Range**:
