We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Support & Warehouse Deputy to join our After Sales team in Carpi. Reporting to the Spare Parts Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our partners with technical and logístical spare parts inquiries, while contributing to the daily operations and workforce coordination of our warehouse. This is a dynamic position that blends customer service, technical insight, and operational support—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **W**hat You'll Do**:
**Spare Parts Support** - Act as the first point of contact for inquiries related to spare parts pricing, availability, and technical specifications - Handle order processing, shipping, returns, and logistics coordination - Use technical drawings, exploded diagrams, and ERP tools to identify correct parts and suggest improvements to digital tools and processes - Collaborate with R&D; and Product Managers to manage spare parts lifecycle,
