We are looking for a **Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)** closely aligned with the CFO: a true growth leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to scale the business profitably and work daily with the team in Naples. It is a leadership position with full accountability for performance and numbers. Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall performance and growth strategy with a strong focus on ROI and margins
- Manage and scale acquisition across CPA, CPL, and Revenue Share models
- Allocate and reallocate budgets dynamically based on performance data
- Analyze KPIs and P&L; by channel and offer to decide what to scale or discontinue
- Build operational dashboards and ensure a single source of truth in collaboration with Finance
- Lead and manage marketing teams and external partners (agencies, networks, affiliates)
- Drive innovation through AI, automation, testing frameworks, and data-driven experimentation
- Participate in international conferences, partnerships, and growth or deal opportunities Essential Requirements

- Fluent English

- Strong expertise in tracking, attribution, analytics, and data quality
- Proven experience working closely with CFOs on budgets, margins, and forecasting
