Job Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for the operation of the site, including package storage, sorting, distribution, return handling, and exception management. 2. Manage the internal operation processes of the warehouse to ensure standardization, efficiency, and safety, and strictly abide by all compliance requirements. 3. Source and manage end-distribution service providers (DSP) to ensure stable service quality and continuously promote optimization. 4. Supervise and assist the team in completing daily operations, and participate in front-line operations when there are business peaks or insufficient staff. 5. Manage the site team (onboarding, mentoring, scheduling, training, performance management, and incentives), ensuring personnel stability and efficient execution, and responsible for optimizing labor costs. 6. Manage the collection and organization of site operation data and prepare daily reports, and promote the achievement of KPIs. 7. Maintain close contact and collaboration with the group's middle and back offices, responsible for implementing and executing instructions and targets issued by the headquarters. 8. Implement safety production and operation norms to ensure the safety of storage and distribution processes, possess high compliance sensitivity and execution ability. 9. Collaborate closely with internal teams (customer service, product, warehousing, etc.)

1. 1 year of terminal logistics operation or supplier management experience, with experience in managing small sites preferred. 2. Familiar with warehouse distribution processes and warehouse operation management, and possess the ability to effectively manage suppliers and teams. 3. Fluent in both Chinese and Italian. 4. Proficient in using office software such as Excel and PowerPoint, with good data analysis and reporting skills. 5. Strong sense of responsibility, high initiative, excellent communication skills, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. 6. Pay attention to details, have the ability to quickly handle exceptions and continuously improve. 7. Have a high sensitivity to compliance requirements and can strictly implement company policies and procedures. 8.
