- Deliver attentive, warm, and professional service to guests
- Create a welcoming front-of-house experience aligned with the restaurants service standards
- Manage reservations, guest flow, and table seating (for host / hostess roles)
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations




- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues calmly and professionally
- Supervise and train service staff (for senior and management roles)
- Uphold service quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation at all times **What We Are Looking For**
- Prior experience in **hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or hotels**: - Strong service mindset and pride in guest experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different cultures
- Open to **relocating to Singapore** for work
- For supervisory or management roles: experience leading teams or running shifts **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: €2,300.00 - €4,300.00 per month
