- Segment audiences based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to drive personalization and relevance.
- Work closely with the CRM team to plan and launch A/B testing campaigns to improve overall conversions and generate acquisitions and transactions.
- Work closely with the CRM team to analyze campaign performance to improve messaging, types of campaigns, promotions, etc.
- Work closely with product teams and align CRM campaigns with business goals/priorities.
- Manage the community event calendar for BOSS Money and prepare all the materials, communications and offers needed for the events. **Requirements**: - 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably marketing communications or CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.




- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must have B2C experience.
- Knowledge of Braze and experience with apps.
