At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives. This position is a permanent role (permanent position) based primarily in the Lombardy region **with preferred location in Milan. It will be fully remote and will require up to 80% of the working time on the field.** In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Support customers throughout the entire customer journey whilst growing core reagent and product sales through market intelligence. The role will work in close conjunction with the local Leica Biosystems team to provide optimal customer support, write technical documentation for tender responses, sales growth and margin. The role will assist in increasing market share through effective promotion and selling efforts and by defending achieved market share against competition. Major Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Manager during the promotion of Leica Biosystems products and take responsibility for conducting instrument demonstrations at customer laboratories.
- Provide support to Customer Care and Tender Office in the drafting of technical papers and in the coding of products to be supplied for the tenders of the assigned area. The essential requirements of the job include: - Good communication skills - able to make presentations in front of different audiences and stakeholders, holding a training class and Commercial awareness with an ability to support sales initiatives and customer interactions
- Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Science,** or in a related field
- Language: Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience: Scientific background and with a good understanding of diagnostic equipment and reagents. It would be a plus if you also possess **previous experience in the role and in the field of anatomical pathology**, as well as in: - Multinational companies
