Responsibilities * Zoning and troubleshooting SAN connectivity performance issues * LUN mapping and masking * Performance capture from storage side * Replication using Snap Mirror/Snap Vault * Storage monitoring * Good knowledge of syslog configuration and monitoring * LUN management * Depth experience in NetApp NAS NFS CIFS * Good knowledge of FC iSCSI protocol * Provide support and resolution for level 2 and level 3 troubleshooting * Perform zoning (e.g., creation of alias zones and its management), firmware upgrade, and troubleshooting on Brocade and Cisco SAN switches * Aggregate volume setup and provisioning tasks such as thin provisioning, compression, deduplication, snapshot retention,
