The Role * To maximize sales for the store; * To develop enduring relationships with clients; * To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; * To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy; * To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; * To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; * To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; * To handle returns of merchandise; * To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard; * To support the team on the general operations of the "Piquadro" store; * To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; * To operate cash registers and close daily revenues; * To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; * To go the "extra mile" to meet targets.
