As a Construction Manager at Hitachi Rail, you will oversee on-site construction activities for national and international projects from a Turin base. You'll ensure design and planning compliance, coordinate with clients, authorities, and subcontractors, and drive safe, efficient site operations. You will work within a cross-functional environment to optimize resources and continuously improve processes. * Ensure works quality in line with project design and specifications * Ensure construction activities align with the project planning * Liaise with Customers/Authorities/Contractors/ Partners/ Subcontractors for site handover * Ensure site compliance with HSE management plan * Optimize resources on site within project budget and planning baselines * Develop site-specific plans aligned with project program and budget * Update and improve processes and procedures * Support Construction Manager to ensure material availability on site per Working Schedule * Experience up to 5 years on site activities and workforce management * Fluent in technical drawing and reporting * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project (plus) * Good verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of signalling, power supply and traction power technology systems * Driving license valid in Sweden and willingness to travel/long-term assignment * Proficiency with Windows and Office package * Health, Safety and Environment awareness #J-*****-Ljbffr
