Responsibilities * Serve as an integral interdisciplinary team member, providing administrative and logistical support to multiple teams. * Ensure effective service delivery of all program components. * Support accessible program service delivery with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). * Provide care delivery at any office site as program needs dictate. * Maintain consistent access to a vehicle for responsive care delivery at any care delivery location. Qualifications, Experience & Skills * Relevant knowledge and experience from graduation with a recognized college/university in Medical Office Administration or a related field. * Minimum of three years' experience in a similar position,



preferably in the community health or social services sector. * Proficient in computer use and various software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and electronic health records. * Previous experience working with interdisciplinary teams. * Sensitivity to and awareness of culturally, racially, economically, and socially diverse communities. * Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task. * Ability to speak languages relevant to residents of the organization's community is an asset. * Previous experience in community health/social services and/or a value-based organization is an asset.
