Global Warranty Financial Reporting Manager
Mission (finance?driven)
Ensure financial governance, compliance, and reliability of Warranty data, acting as global owner of financial KPIs, calculation rules, and methodologies, and guaranteeing alignment and consistency across Finance, Quality, Aftersales, and Regions
Control and steer aftersales and warranty expenditure, providing robust financial monitoring, variance analysis, and early?warning signals to support cost containment and financial performance objectives
Deliver high?quality financial decision support on warranty policies, goodwill, and aftersales operational strategies by assessing financial impacts, scenarios, risks, and trade?off
Support the continuous improvement of vehicle quality and performance by translating warranty cost accounting, claims, and accrual data into actionable financial and business insights
Responsibilities (finance?oriented)
Define and own Warranty financial reporting standards, including KPI frameworks, calculation rules, and accounting methodologies, ensuring reconciliation and consistency between Finance and Quality data
Produce, consolidate, and certify global Warranty financial reporting (costs, accruals, claims, goodwill, policy adjustments), integrating regional and supplier inputs and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to executive use
Monitor aftersales and warranty cost performance, performing detailed variance analyses (volume, inflation, mix, accounting effects) and identifying financial risks, drifts, and structural cost drivers
Conduct root?cause and techno?financial analyses of warranty spend,
supporting the identification and validation of corrective actions and savings initiatives from a financial standpoint
Support forecasting, target tracking, and scenario simulations, including ex?ante impact assessments, ex?post performance reviews, and analytical validation of savings versus targets defined by the business
Act as Aftersales business owner for Warranty reporting systems (including TWC), driving financial robustness of system settings, continuous improvement, digitalization, data interconnection, and delivering training to key users
Support Regions and warranty operation suppliers on financial processes related to warranty invoicing, reimbursement flows, accruals, and KPI usage, providing guidance and challenge to ensure financial discipline and transparency
Prepare and deliver financial syntheses and executive?level insights for Top Management and governance bodies (e.G. Warranty Global Committee), occasionally presenting directly and ensuring formal certification of figures
Support specific strategic financial topics, including Cost Per Unit calculations and ad?hoc financial analyses requested by corporate stakeholders.

Technical Requirements:
Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent
5-7 years of professional experience
Strong digital mindset, with demonstrated ability to drive system improvement, data integration, and user training
Strong knowledge of warranty cost accounting, accruals, claims, and goodwill mechanisms
Advanced proficiency in reporting and data analytics tools (e.G. Excel, Power BI;
experience with Warranty systems such as TWC is a strong plus)
Proven ability in forecasting, scenario analysis, and target tracking
Strong understanding of financial analysis, controlling, or cost accounting, KPI frameworks, and reconciliation processes, preferably in automotive / aftersales environments
Fluent in English;
additional languages are a plus.

Salary range: from €****** to €******, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
