Overview Experteer Overview As Product Marketing & Growth Manager, you will drive launches of new features and scale Satispay across markets to boost user adoption and engagement. You'll lead B2B go-to-market plans, align cross-functional teams, and shape acquisition and retention programs. You'll continuously improve campaigns using data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment. This is a chance to shape growth for a leading financial platform and have measurable impact across markets. Responsibilities * Lead the creation and execution of B2B product marketing plans for new feature launches, aligned with business goals and user needs. * Coordinate with Product, CRM, RevOps, Performance, and Creative teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
* Plan and roll out acquisition channels for target audiences and coordinate retention campaigns with CRM to improve retention. * Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and apply industry best practices for improvements. Required Qualifications * Strong product marketing experience in a dynamic environment; B2B product experience a plus. * Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to lead multi-team initiatives. * Analytical and data-driven, using data to inform strategies and measure results. * Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced setting. * Fluency in Italian and English.
