Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting
Food and Beverage Intern.
Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B; service in any of our outlets.
This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
The starting date is estimated in July/August/September.
Responsibilities
Support the F&B; team in the daily operations of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events.
Welcome and assist guests in a professional, courteous, and personalized manner.
Learn and consistently apply Marriott International and Luxury Collection service standards.
Assist with outlet setup and breakdown, including mise en place and table preparations.
Support food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Contribute to creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Develop knowledge of menus, beverage offerings, and local culinary experiences to confidently engage with guests.
Qualifications
Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage service.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.




Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
At good knowledge of Italian and English.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
