We are looking for a passionate and engaged
Client Development Intern
to join our Client Development team in our Global HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
Main Activities
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities: development of 1to1 CRM campaigns, retail newsletters and client journey development (liaise with other departments, track all materials/tools);
Coordinate with regions and IT teams as an interface for information sharing;
Support the collection of feedback from regions and consolidation of the final output;
Assist in the preparation of analyses, reports and client insights using CRM and BI tools;
Provide administrative and operational support to the Client Development team.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or similar;
Professional use of Italian & English;
Precision, proactivity, time management, and problem-solving skills;




Good knowledge of Office Suite (in particular Excel & PowerPoint);
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
