The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Supervising the shift and ensuring operational efficiency during service; * Managing department resources and maintaining LQA operational standards; * Procuring supplies in collaboration with the economics office; * Creating periodic staff schedules and coordinating with collaborators. The ideal candidate will have: * At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and context; * Excellent organizational and coordination skills; * Strong English language skills; * A positive and customer-oriented attitude; * The ability to work well in a team and achieve goals.



Additional requirements include precision, problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of the Micros program. Residence or domicile in the local area is a plus.
