Your tasks
Utilize your sales expertise to help you and your team create a customer-centric atmosphere and deliver excellent service on the shop floor
Ensure appealing visual merchandising with a focus on brand-aligned product presentation
Ensure smooth processes in product handling and create strategic product placement
Maintain a clean, well-organized, and welcoming sales floor environment
Guide and motivate employees in day-to-day operations while fostering an engaged, customer-oriented team culture
Take on administrative tasks and support internal trainings to enhance operational processes and contribute to the team's development
Our Requirements
Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in retail is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in streetwear, footwear, sporting goods, or accessories
Strong sales orientation combined with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and respond to them individually
Openness to new ideas and a desire for continuous development and improvement of the work environment
Strong team and communication skills,



along with the ability to handle criticism and resolve conflicts
Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
Excellent command of the local language and English, both written and spoken
High level of self-motivation, resilience, flexibility, and reliability
Interest in our core sports, current scene trends, and product knowledge is an advantage

The minimum salary for this position is €*****,27 gross per month (full-time, 40 hours per week). The actual remuneration will of course depend on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience for the position.
