Abbiamo un'entusiasmante opportunità per un Ispettore Controllo Qualità (QC Inspector) con sede a Dalmine (BG), Italia. La persona selezionata entrerà a far parte di un piccolo team dinamico, occupandosi delle attività di controllo qualità e ispezione di prodotti tubolari presso il sito produttivo. È preferibile esperienza pregressa in un ruolo analogo; tuttavia, prenderemo in considerazione anche candidati con una solida preparazione tecnica interessati a intraprendere un nuovo percorso professionale.
L'Ispettore Controllo Qualità dovrà ispezionare e testare campioni di prodotto. Inoltre, sarà responsabile dell'ispezione dei prodotti acquistati dai fornitori e del mantenimento dei relativi registri di performance. Questi dati sono fondamentali per supportare i fornitori nel miglioramento delle loro performance e per guidare la scelta sui fornitori più idonei a soddisfare specifici requisiti.

Responsabilità:
Controllare e testare campioni di prodotto.
Ispezionare i prodotti acquistati dai fornitori e mantenere i registri delle loro prestazioni.
Eseguire attività di ispezione di tutti i componenti e dei relativi assemblaggi presso WFT-ADM.
Effettuare controlli dimensionali e visivi durante il processo produttivo, sulla base dei disegni tecnici approvati e delle specifiche applicabili.
Eseguire l'ispezione finale di tutte le lavorazioni svolte nello stabilimento e il controllo del 100% dei componenti finiti.
Svolgere le attività assegnate garantendo il massimo livello di qualità.
Ispezionare i prodotti utilizzando strumenti e tecniche consolidate.
Applicare, ove necessario, le politiche e i sistemi di gestione relativi a qualità, salute, sicurezza e contesto dell'azienda cliente.
Comprendere e rispettare tutte le norme di sicurezza di Weatherford e le politiche aziendali.
Svolgere ulteriori mansioni e attività assegnate dal proprio responsabile.
Requisiti:
Diploma di scuola superiore tenica o titolo equivalente.
Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nell'ispezione di prodotti del settore Oil & Gas (tubolari, tubi).
Competenze:
Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici, con familiarità con il pacchetto Microsoft Office.
Ottime capacità di comunicazione, sia verbale che scritta, adeguate alle esigenze dell'interlocutore.
Una conoscenza della lingua inglese di livello intermedio sarà considerata un plus.




Capacità di individuare problemi e adottare un approccio sistematico alla loro risoluzione, collaborando con colleghi e management.
Comprovata conoscenza degli standard di sicurezza del settore e delle aspettative in materia di qualità.
Precisione e forte attenzione ai dettagli.
Job Purpose:
We have an exciting opportunity for a QC Inspector based in Dalmine, Italy. The successful candidate will be part of a small dynamic team carrying out QC inspection on tubulars on site. Ideally with experience in a similar role, however, we will also consider a person with a good technical background looking to change careers.
The QC Inspector will need to inspect and test samples of a product as it would be impractical to test every single item leaving a factory or workshop and to inspect products purchased from suppliers and maintain performance records. This data is important in helping suppliers improve their performance and in making decisions about which suppliers to rely on to meet specific requirements.
Salary to be offered starts from EUR 28,800 gross per year plus benefits.

Responsibilities:
Check and test samples of a product.
Inspect products purchased from suppliers and maintain performance records.
Perform tasks related to inspection of all components and related assembly in WFT-ADM.
In-process dimensional and visual inspection combined with controlled drawings and applicable specifications.
Final inspection of all work performed in the facility and 100% inspection of finished components.
Work assignments performed at the highest level of quality.
Responsible for inspecting products using established tools and techniques.
Apply, if necessary, the client company's quality, health, safety and environmental policy and management systems.
Understand and comply with all Weatherford safety rules and company policies.
Perform additional duties and activities as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Min 1 year experience in oil & gas products inspection (tubulars, pipes)
Skills:




Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software at a minimum
Communicating effectively verbally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
Intermediate English proficiency would be advantageous
Ability to identify problems and work on a systematic approach to solving those problems with employees and management
Proven history of understanding industry safety standards and quality expectations
Detail oriented
