In this role you will lead technical engagement for Defence, national security, and government clients, shaping secure, high-assurance solutions. You will drive PoC activities, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and act as the primary technical contact to align customer needs with Fortinet capabilities. You'll stay current on threats and compliance trends while coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence national security outcomes through secure networking and security architectures. * diverse and inclusive workplace * health and financial well-being benefits * Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle for Defence, national security, and government-aligned organisations, including RFIs/RFPs/RFQs * Coordinate and manage Proof of Concept activities to meet strict security and accreditation requirements * Serve as the primary technical point of contact for PAC/Defence customers and partners, collaborating with sales * Develop deep understanding of customer requirements (secure communications, classified networks, cross-domain solutions, compliance) * Architect solutions showing Fortinet's value in high-assurance, high-availability environments * Present solutions in meetings, whiteboard sessions,



technical deep dives, and stakeholder-focused documentation * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fortinet products and evolving threat landscape relevant to Defence * Manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering positive customer experiences * Ensure accurate documentation of customer data and opportunities in Salesforce * Strong technical aptitude in cybersecurity technologies (encryption, authentication, network security, IDS, antivirus, routing, switching, LAN/WAN) * Pre?sales engineering experience, preferably with Defence, national security, government, or regulated sectors * Understanding of secure architectures and Defence?specific security requirements is advantageous * Excellent problem?solving abilities and track record in complex technical wins * Strong interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders * Knowledge of industry certifications such as CISSP; Defence-specific or high?assurance certifications are advantageous In this role you will lead technical engagement for Defence, national security, and government clients, shaping secure, high?assurance solut... #J-*****-Ljbffr
