Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system (QMS) in accordance with relevant international standards and internal policies * Plan, execute, and oversee internal and external audit programs, including system audits, process audits, and product audits, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements * Identify areas for process improvement through audit findings, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback, and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions * Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in process optimization initiatives, applying lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where appropriate * Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making * Manage the documentation and control of quality-related procedures, work instructions, and records * Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management principles, audit methodologies, and process improvement tools * Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations,



procedures & guidelines Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field * A Master's degree is a plus * Experience in quality management, auditing, or process improvement roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment * Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO **** certified quality management systems * Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO ****) is highly preferred * Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, 8D problem solving) * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends * Self-driven, proactive, strategic mindset, strong communication and listening skills, able to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with remote teams * Fluent in English, both written and spoken * Fluent in Italian or Swedish is a merit #J-*****-Ljbffr
