/p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3Attract Exceptional Talent /h3 pYou understand that recruiting is about identifying potential, attitude and cultural fit, not simply filling vacancies.

/li liDevelop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality hospitality professionals.
/li liBuild strong relationships with hospitality schools, universities and recruitment partners.

/p pYou will design and coordinate onboarding experiences that allow every new colleague to feel welcomed, informed and connected from day one.
/p pYou will actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives that strengthen motivation, collaboration and belonging throughout the season.
/p h3Support Our Leaders /h3 pWorking closely with Department Heads and Hotel Management, you will provide guidance across key HR processes, including: /p ul liWorkforce planning /li liRecruitment /li liPerformance management /li liTalent development /li liEmployee relations /li liOrganizational improvements /li /ul pYour goal is to enable leaders to build high-performing teams while maintaining a positive and respectful working environment.
/p h3Ensure Operational Excellence /h3 pYou will oversee HR administrative activities with accuracy and confidentiality, including: /p ul liEmployment documentation /li liContract management /li liPersonnel files /li liCompliance with Italian labour legislation /li liCollaboration with payroll and external consultants /li liMonitoring of deadlines and HR documentation /li /ul pAttention to detail and reliability are fundamental.

/li liFluency in Italian and English; German is considered an advantage.
/li liHigh level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
