Copacking, Packaging, RD, Finance, HR, HSE, Supply Chain and other relevant functions /li /ulh3CANDIDATE PROFILE /h3ulliHigher education in the field of engineering: mechanical, chemical, industrial or process engineering /liliPreferably with few years' experience in engineering, project engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or industrial operations (preferably in FMCG, food, specialty flavours, chemical or pharmaceutical industry) /liliInterest in developing project management skills within a manufacturing or industrial environment /liliBasic technical knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, utilities and industrial equipment /liliKnowledge of safety principles and willingness to develop expertise in industrial safety standards, including ATEX risk management where applicable /liliBasic understanding of the main phases of a capital project: feasibility, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, start-up and handover /liliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, PIDs or equipment documentation /liliGood analytical and problem?solving skills, with a practical and hands?on mindset /liliGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross?functional teams /liliProactive attitude,
