/p pStrong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 pLead and manage the execution of MA transactions from inception to closure, including due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation support.
/p pConduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation assessments to support decision-making processes.
/p pDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and legal advisors.
