We're looking for an Associate Director level Line Manager within the Clinical Operations Department that will be responsible for the direct management of a team of CRAs.
Accountable of resource oversight, upskilling, performance monitoring and career development to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
Lead the day-to-day strategy and strategic management of assigned CRAs, including Project allocation, workload balancing, performance assessment, and individual development;
Track and review KPI at both individual and team level ensuring alignment with global standards and local targets;
Manage and approve RAL, vacation plans, promotions/progressions, and recognition program in close collaboration with HR and according to company policies;

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is €63,****** - €107,******.
The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; and/or schedule (full or tempo parziale).
