Stiamo cercando un
Project Engineering Manager
per la nostra sede di Roma, in Via Carlo Veneziani 58.
La risorsa ideale sarà inserita in un gruppo ingegneristico internazionale. A seconda della specificità e complessità del progetto di riferimento, dovrà essere in grado di interfacciarsi direttamente con il Cliente assegnato, oltre che con altre figure aziendali come Senior Project Manager e Project Director.
Cosa farai:
organizzare e dirigere tutte le attività e le molteplici figure interne ed esterne coinvolte nel progetto
supportare il PM/Director nel fornire soluzioni efficaci e risolutive
gestire il rapporto con clienti e subappaltatori
occuparsi di pianificazione e schedulazione
gestire procurement e logistica
controllare i costi e gestire il budget
partecipare a riunioni settimanali con fornitori e clienti
analizzare e approvare la documentazione tecnica del progetto (disegni, procedure, specifiche e richieste)
monitorare, pianificare e dirigere la consegna, distribuzione e archiviazione della documentazione ingegneristica
gestire il reporting fornendo dati su aggiornamenti, modifiche e lavori aggiuntivi al PMO
interagire con colleghi,



fornitori e rappresentanti di altre organizzazioni per ottenere informazioni, fornire consulenza sui progetti, risolvere criticità e definire priorità
coordinare le attività, rispettando tempi e budget
fornire assistenza durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto
conoscere le clausole contrattuali standard e la gestione dei rischi
saper lavorare e comunicare chiaramente in un ambiente vivace e veloce, mediando tra le esigenze del cliente e le priorità aziendali
Sei la persona giusta se hai:
8-10 anni di esperienza nella progettazione
possiedi capacità di analizzare una vasta gamma di dati e individuare soluzioni efficienti
conoscenza della documentazione tecnica standard
una laurea in telecomunicazioni, ingegneria elettrica, informatica, fisica, IT o discipline equivalenti
esperienza in impianti Oil & Gas (brownfield e greenfield) con appaltatori EPC
esperienza in progetti per organizzazioni militari o governative
inglese fluente, scritto e parlato
spirito di iniziativa e attitudine al lavoro di squadra
ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
capacità di rispettare le scadenze e di organizzare il lavoro per priorità
disponibilità a trasferte di varia durata, sia in Italia sia all'Estero
