/p pWe are currently looking for a bController /b.
/p h3Key Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
/li liMonitor operating costs and analyze variances against budget targets.
/li liCollect and analyze financial data from all hotel departments, including Rooms, Food Beverage, Spa, and other operating areas.
/li liCollaborate with the Accounting team to ensure the accuracy of financial records and reconciliations.
/li liDevelop ad hoc analyses and reports to support management and business decision-making.
/li liSupport the definition, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
/li liContribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the implementation of business intelligence tools.
/li /ul h3Required Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
/li li3–5 years of experience in controlling, auditing,



or accounting roles within structured organizations or consulting firms.
/li liStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis tools.
/li liKnowledge of the USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) framework is considered a plus.
/li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
/li liExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.
/li liStrong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
/li liGenuine interest in the luxury hospitality industry.
/li /ul h3Employment Terms /h3 ul liFull-time employment under the Italian Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Turismo).
/li liGross annual salary starting from €35,000.
