This is a freelance, as-needed engagement.
Assignments will be assigned according to your location and availability.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver onsite IT and network support at client locations.
/liliIdentify and fix network and connectivity problems.
/liliSet up and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT hardware.
/liliCarry out hardware upgrades and break/fix repairs.
/liliFill out service reports and update support tickets following each visit.
/liliWork alongside remote support teams to resolve technical problems.
/li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliAt least 2 years of experience in onsite IT or network support.
/liliSolid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.




/liliFamiliarity with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or similar vendors.
/liliStrong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
/liliValid driver's license and willingness to travel.
/liliFluent in Italian.
/liliStrong English skills (required).
/li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications /b /pulliCCNA, CompTIA Network+, or a comparable networking certification.
/liliBackground in IT support for retail stores or retail settings.
