ph3Overview /h3pMenarini is looking for an experienced Grants Funding Manager to join the Corporate GrantsFunding Department at our Florence headquarters.The role is focused on identifying, managing, and coordinating European, national, and regional funding opportunities, supporting the full lifecycle of grant applications and funded projects.
/ph3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3ulliMonitor and identify European, national, and regional funding programmes and calls forproposals; /liliAnalyze funding opportunities and align them with internal project ideas and strategicobjectives; /liliPrepare and manage grant application documentation, including application forms,administrative files, and presentations; /liliCoordinate and oversee grant submission activities, ensuring compliance with fundingrequirements and deadlines; /liliManage project activities related to funded initiatives and monitor project progress; /liliProduce monthly reports to track budget vs actual performance; /liliManage shared project documentation and confidential data; /liliLiaise with external consultants, project partners, and internal cross-functional teams; /liliFollow up on signatures, declarations, and documentation from senior managementProvide training and operational support to project participants and stakeholders.
/li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3pThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented,



and capable of managing complex fundingprojects independently.
Experience working with EU-funded programmes, cross-functional teams,and external institutional partners will be considered a strong asset.
/pulliMaster's degree in Economics or STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering Mathematics); /liliMore than 5 years of experience in grants management, EU funding programmes, project,reporting, or related funding activities; /liliStrong knowledge of European, national, and regional funding mechanisms and applicationprocesses; /liliAdvanced proficiency in grant application platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,PowerPoint, Word, Project); /liliProven experience in European funded project reporting and coordination; /liliExcellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills; /liliProactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities; /liliAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects in an internationalenvironment; /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
