/p pAs part of its international expansion strategy, the firm is looking for its bInvestment Director /b in Italy.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing and developing the firm's local investment platform while working closely with an experienced international investment team.
/p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liLead the evaluation of investment opportunities, including financial analysis, commercial assessment, market research and investment structuring.
/li liDevelop and maintain a strong network of entrepreneurs, founders, advisors and intermediaries across Italy.
/li liManage due diligence processes alongside external advisors and internal investment professionals.
/li liPrepare investment materials and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
/li liSupport portfolio companies in delivering ambitious growth plans, including organic expansion, international development and buy-and-build strategies.
/li liWork closely with management teams on strategic initiatives such as commercial acceleration, international expansion,



MA and operational value creation.
/li liRepresent the firm within the Italian private equity, venture capital and technology ecosystem.
/li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 7-8 years of experience in Growth Equity, Private Equity or Growth Investing.
/li liProven experience executing investments in founder-led and growth-stage businesses.
/li liExposure to investments in the tech space is essential.
/li liDemonstrated ability to independently manage the full investment lifecycle, from origination through execution and portfolio management.
/li liExperience working with entrepreneurs and management teams to accelerate business growth.
