/ppReporting to the Director of People Culture, this role is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the People Culture department while helping to build a strong employee experience from recruitment through engagement, development, and retention.
Working closely with hotel leaders, the Assistant Director of People Culture will serve as a trusted business partner, fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with Four Seasons values and supporting the continued growth of our newly opened hotel.

/li /ulh3bWhat you bring /b /h3ulliMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar People Culture or Human Resources leadership role, preferably within Four Seasons or another luxury hospitality organization.
/liliStrong knowledge of Italian labour legislation and HR best practices.
/liliDemonstrated ability to build trust, influence leaders, and foster an inclusive workplace.
/liliExcellent interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
/liliProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
/liliStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, including Workday, is preferred.
/liliFluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
