Experteer Overview As Country Head of Human Resources for Italy, Greece and Malta, you lead a cross-country HR agenda that aligns with business priorities and the global people strategy. You partner with senior leaders and control functions to strengthen culture, risk controls, and the employee experience while delivering scalable HR solutions. You will oversee end-to-end HR services, collaborate with specialist teams, and drive local regulatory compliance. This role offers strategic influence across multiple markets and a focus on transformation and people development. Retribuzione / Benefits * Shape and implement the end-to-end HR strategy across Italy, Greece, and Malta in line with regional/global people priorities * Partner with Senior Country Officer, business leaders, and control functions to set priorities and implement solutions * Oversee HR services end-to-end to ensure a scalable, sustainable operating model * Collaborate with HR specialists (talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, mobility, employee relations, governance) to deliver effective people processes * Manage issue escalation and remediation of critical HR processes with SMEs * Lead and develop a small local HR team and provide coverage for others as needed * Consult on employee relations, leadership development,



succession planning, recruitment, org design, and employee advocacy * Engage with employee representative bodies and manage external vendor relationships * Represent HR in local committees/forums and sponsor changes to improve working methods and digital adoption Responsabilità * Demonstrated knowledge across HR disciplines (talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, mobility, governance) * Strong knowledge of local employment law and market practices across Italy, Greece, Malta * Experience in a multinational, matrixed environment * Deep understanding of risk and controls within HR activities * Proven ability to partner with leaders at all levels in complex environments * Fluency in Italian and English * Consulting, influencing, coaching, negotiating, and conflict management skills * Strong analytical, communication, cultural awareness, and interpersonal skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands under pressure * Experience in banking/financial services and regulatory interactions (preferred) * Experience with works councils/union representatives and complex change initiatives (preferred) Requisiti fondamentali #J-*****-Ljbffr
