- Experience : At least 5 years as a machine-side electrician, tester, or industrial machinery installer.
- Technical background : Solid knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, basic mechanics, and PLCs.
- Technical skills : Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Languages : Good knowledge of English; French and Spanish are a plus.
- Team player : Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers.
- Problem solver : Precision, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Professionalism : Reliability and adherence to established company procedures.
