Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and grow the dealer and distribution network in your region (Italy + Balkan)
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners and customers
- Drive and close sales opportunities in collaboration with partners and key end customers
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, demos, and represent the company at trade fairs and events
- Prepare quotations and support tenders and bid strategies
- Maintain and document all sales activities in the CRM system and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Service, SCM, and Product Management
- Monitor market trends and competitors to derive growth and pricing strategies

Your profile

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in capital goods, machinery, or industrial solutions




- Proven experience in channel sales with dealers and distributors
- Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Structured, independent, and results‑oriented working style
- High willingness to travel within the region (approx. 40–60%)
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- An innovative and international working environment
