/ppAs an Investment Banking Associate, you can expect to work on large-cap MA, Equity Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance origination and execution assignments.
Tasks may include evaluating companies, perform financial analyses, developing models for MA transactions, preparing industry statistics for pitches, or getting involved in the execution of live deals.

/li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliExcellent academic record (e.g. First-Class Honours, or equivalent) supported by a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar fields.
/liliExtensive relevant full-time experience in Investment Banking and/or Private Equity is required.
/liliProven technical skills including financial modelling, financial analysis and understanding of valuation methodologies, with high level of attention to detail.
/liliOutstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and fluent in English and Italian.
/liliStrong proficiency with financial analytics software and Microsoft suite of products.
/liliCommercial instinct, demonstrable passion for finance and capital markets with an affinity for numbers.
