/p pAs abProduct Analyst /b, you will support the development and evolution of Objectway's digital platform, working closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI experts.
Most of your time will be focused on internal product activities - backlog management, requirement analysis, user stories, and agile team support.
You will have the opportunity to be involved with client-facing activities, such as delivering demos and presentations.
/p h3Main Activities – Core Product Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with the Product Manager to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
/li liGather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, coordinating with developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.




/li liWrite clear and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
/li liActively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand?ups, reviews, retrospectives).
/li liMonitor sprint progress, identify risks or blockers, and contribute to problem?solving.
/li liWork closely with developers to ensure smooth and timely product releases.
/li liParticipate in internal product demos and contribute to continuous product improvement.
/li /ul h3Main Activities – Client Interaction /h3 ul liSupport client?facing discussions, workshops, and requirements sessions in collaboration with the Product Manager.
/li liAssist in product implementation and client onboarding activities.
/li liDeliver tailored product demos and presentations to clients and prospects.
/li liGather and structure client feedback to help refine product features and user experience.
/li /ul h3Candidate's Experience and Qualifications Required /h3 ul liExperience or strong exposure to Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking, or Investment services, gained through work experience or strong personal interest in financial markets and investing.
/li liPrevious experience in the role, min. 3 years.
/li liStrong background in digital products, web, and mobile solutions.
/li liExcellent communication and facilitation skills,



comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
/li liSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software product lifecycle.
/li liProven ability to write clear requirements and user stories.
/li liFluency in English (written and spoken).
/li liExperience working in an international, client?facing environment.
