/p pFor the Kings World Cup Clubs in Milan, we are looking for a Freelance Communication Manager to support local and international media operations throughout the tournament.
/p h3Contract Details /h3 ul liFreelance contract /li liBased in Milan /li liProject?based assignment covering the preparation, execution, and wrap?up of the event /li liAvailability required during the full event period, including match days, media activities, and key stakeholder engagements /li /ul h3Main Responsabilities /h3 ul liLead local media relations and execute the local communications PR plan.
/li liImplement and track the global communications strategy in alignment with headquarters.
/li liManage crisis communications, including execution, tracking, and reporting.
/li liCreate, update, and oversee communication materials (press releases, media kits, presentations).
/li liManage relationships with media, content creators, and other stakeholders.
/li liDevelop and activate the content creator ecosystem to strengthen Kings League communications through the community.




/li liPlan and support PR events and digital content initiatives.
/li liCollaborate with communications and digital teams on content creation, distribution, and strategic messaging.
/li liTrack, report on, and analyze communication activities and results to inform strategy.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
/li li5+ years of experience in communications, PR, media, or agency work.
/li liStrong understanding of the content creator / influencer ecosystem and digital communities.
/li liProven experience in leading media relations and executing communication strategies.
/li liExperience in crisis management and handling high?pressure communications situations.
/li liExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
/li liProactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast?paced environment.
/li liTeam player with strong interest in media, digital content, and emerging trends.
/li liCreative mindset with curiosity for current communication and creator?led strategies.
/li liFluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
