ph3Network Technician (Freelance | Onsite IT Support) /h3 pJob Description /p pWe're hiring Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support at various locations for a leading international retail client.
This is a freelance, on-demand role, with assignments given based on your location and availability.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOffer onsite IT and network support at customer sites.
/li liTroubleshoot and fix network and connectivity issues.
/li liInstall and swap out routers, switches, Wi?Fi access points, and other IT equipment.
/li liHandle hardware upgrades and break/fix support tasks.
/li liComplete service reports and update support tickets after each job.
/li liCoordinate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA minimum of 2 years' experience in onsite IT or network support.
/li liGood working knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi?Fi, and VPN.
/li liHands?on experience with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or similar vendor equipment.
/li liStrong troubleshooting skills and clear communication.
/li liA valid driver's license and readiness to travel.
/li liFluency in Italian.
/li liGood English proficiency (required).
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liCertification such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
/li liPrior experience in IT support for retail stores or similar environments.
