This includes negotiating contracts as well as analyzing carrier performance to ensure customer satisfaction and transportation KPIs are met.
/ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliManage the portfolio of transportation providers by developing, implementing and monitoring contracts as well as relationships with providers.
/liliNegotiate transport-related topics (parcels, pallets, chartering) in the context of calls for tenders (RFQ).
/liliManage costs through monthly performance reviews with carriers and analyze billing data in order to define continuous improvement actions.
/liliEnsure control of the transport budget by providing relevant and critical analysis.
/liliDrive transport performance and improve data quality in SAP with KPIs such as MBR Scorecard, Regional TRR, OTIF and CX.
/liliEnsure service levels are met to align supplier performance with customer expectations and business strategy.
/liliLead cross-functional and international projects, deploy strategic projects and implement the best practices.
/liliConduct Lean actions of continuous improvement, focused on the quality, costs and service level of carriers.
