ppWe are looking for a senior freelance IT Business Analyst to work permanently with Synextya (approx. 100hrs/month).
You will be in charge of analysing complex digital infrastructures, mapping business processes and needs, supporting the technical team in structuring tasks and managing the project flow according to the Agile methodology.
You will support Synextya in the digital transformation of our clients, acting as a bridge between business needs and the technical team.
You will identify critical issues, translate business visions into functional requirements, support technical development and ensure delivery aligned to objectives.
/ph3Main Duties /h3ulliAnalysis of digital infrastructures and mapping of business processes (workflows, user journeys) /liliCollection and formalisation of functional and non?functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process diagrams /liliPreparation of technical and functional documentation for development teams, customers and stakeholders /liliFacilitation between non?technical users and tech teams, agile governance with tools such as Trello and similar management tools /liliSupport for business case definition, digital roadmap, risk assessment and change adoption strategies /liliUAT testing, acceptance case drafting, preliminary functional verification and performance monitoring /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience as Business Analyst or Digital Consultant in IT (min. 3 years) /liliFluent communication in Italian and English /liliHigh technical documentation skills,
