Building and executing an overall OPTIMAX product strategy for EN Plant Optimization Define the product roadmap and new features that will help grow the overall business Work closely with R&D; to implement portfolio recommendations and prioritize new product developments Understand and anticipate external market needs and customer requirements Interface with internal functions like product development, operations, financials, marketing, sales, and service Own go-to-market messaging including internal messaging documents and sales/customer-driven demos Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities with business development colleagues Support identifying interesting M&A; opportunities Accountable for yearly business orders, margin, and related financial targets of the product portfolio Requirements Master's degree in chemical, control or electrical engineering, or equivalent 15+ years of experience in product management Experience in developing energy, process and emissions optimization solutions Knowledge of software-related business models for energy industry segments Strong understanding of modern ways of developing products and on the latest ICT technologies (Cloud, Edge, AI) Relevant experience in Energy Industries (Refineries, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Power Generation)
