Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you lead technical and commercial aspects of projects across all phases, from concept to qualification, within the Biopharma & Life Sciences sector. You will integrate multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders on national and international projects for complex manufacturing facilities. You drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality while navigating a fast-paced environment. Your leadership and client management shape project success and delivery for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. * Lead interdisciplinary project teams and act as Project Team Leader * Be primary client and stakeholder contact throughout projects * Plan and monitor progress across all phases from CD to qualification * Manage deliverables, timelines, budgets, and milestones * Provide project reporting to clients and internal stakeholders * Facilitate project reviews with clients, service providers, and suppliers * Lead meetings on scheduling, costs, quality, risk,



and timelines * Oversee scope and change management * Oversee suppliers and subcontractors across all phases * Coordinate internal and external approvals * Coach and mentor project team members * Ensure successful execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * 10+ years of overall professional experience * 5+ years as a Project Manager in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology * Proven expertise in Biopharma & Life Sciences projects (Fill & Finish, Biotech, API, or related environments) * Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams * Experience managing projects from concept design to commissioning and qualification * Strong client management and stakeholder communication * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong leadership with proactive, hands-on mentality * PM certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is an advantage * Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) In this role you lead technical and commercial aspects of projects across all phases, from concept to qualification, within the Biopharma &a...; #J-*****-Ljbffr
