/p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to combine strategic category management with operational purchasing responsibility.
/p pReporting to the Group Head of Strategic Procurement and local site management, you will play a key role in securing supply, optimizing costs, managing supplier relationships, and driving value creation across the group.

/liliDrive procurement excellence by identifying cost?saving opportunities, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining accurate procurement data and reporting in SAP.
/li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ulliBachelor's or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
/liliMinimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
/liliExperience in the chemical industry, ideally in raw materials procurement.
/liliStrong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
/liliKnowledge of procurement processes, supplier risk management, and market analysis.
/liliExperience with SAP S/4HANA and MS Office.
/liliFluent English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus.
