You will lead the country retail coaching strategy, support boutique performance, and enhance client experience through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. /ppIn this role: /pulliYou will support the country retail coaching strategy, inspiring and animating a community of retail coaches to elevate field performance /liliYou will monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, sales, CRM, stock, training, events) to identify areas of underperformance and propose targeted action plans /liliYou will support client experience initiatives, including eNPS and mystery shopper programs, translating insights into actionable improvements across the client journey /liliYou will coach and collaborate closely with market retail populations and support functions,
