/p ul liSupport the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking.
/li liSupport creator education and community management/engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators.
/li liCollaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking.




/li liFamiliarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase creator matchmaking and content improvement and contribute to creator growth level upgrade.
/li liCollect and organize creator feedback, and assist in producing reports or actionable insights.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
/li liAvailable to start immediately until the end of the year.
/li liHighly interested in the e?commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
Understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.
/li liProficient in Excel/Google/Lark Sheets, with basic data analysis skills.
/li liChinese?speaking skills to be able to work with Chinese?speaking creators.
/li /ul ul liBe mindful of data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
/li liPrevious experience in influencer affiliate, content strategy, or e?commerce operations will be highly valued.
