You will support the harmonisation of operational processes to help deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience.
/ph3What You Can Expect /h3ulliCareer Path: Start with a permanent contract from day one.
Over 12 months, you will complete two rotations across departments before transitioning into a landing role where you can continue to grow.

/li /ulh3Who We're Looking For /h3ulliYou have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate in ****,



ideally in Engineering or a Technical field, or a related discipline.
/liliYou are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
/liliYou have initial experience, ideally gained through structured work or internships in consulting or another relevant field.
/liliYou are curious, proactive, and comfortable coordinating and driving improvements.
/liliYou are based in Italy and fluent in English (mandatory) and Italian.
/liliYou bring international exposure through studies, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
/liliYou are available to work full?time and can start within the next three months.
/liliYou have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g. residency or visa).
